Hey y'all! We've survived skidamarinking elephants, Zeke the Plumber, the odd speaking cadence of Marc Summers, and the various insults of one Helga Pataki to make it to today, the final edition of Nick of Time where we take on our favorite thing to ever come from the majesty of 1990s Nickelodeon programming:

Nick of Time: Enroll in Nicktoon Academy
Welcome to Nicktoon Academy.
The Finest Education Cable TV Can Provide.
So, you're like totally a transfer student or something right? Right. Well you're in luck that you and that tragic thing you call a backpack have the great bit of kismet to sit down next to us. Nicktoon Academy is brutal, don't let all the cartoony smiles fool you. There are some straight-up bitches, freaks and future parolees sitting around here. But there are also lovely, wonderful, and shockingly talented folks like ourselves lingering about these hallways.
Lunch time! Okay, so you're going to sit with us and we're going to totally school you in all the cliques and kooks that go to this school. Ugh, and pay no attention to those two freaks.
They are always doing sad eyes. We hear the cat is a huge kitty-litter-fiend.

Nick of Time: Winner Takes It All
We're competitive here at the Majak Kingdom. We just are. We are absolutely cutthroat when it comes to Scrabble. We've also been known to make people cry during extra spirited games of Uno. So it's no wonder that we gravitate to game shows so much in general and especially the game shows that populated the Nickelodeon landscape in our childhood. They taught us the rules of surviving life: you had to have guts, it's a finders keepers kind of world, and you have to make the grade to figure it all out.
Olmec, are you ready?
Jesus, aren't you touchy!

Nick of Time: Taped in Front of Live Laugh Track at Nickelodeon Studio
Welcome back for another edition of Nick of Time, our weeklong tribute to all things Nickelodeon. Yesterday we took it back to Nick Jr. programs and today we're getting our sitcom on. Oh sitcoms and your comedy of whacky situations. Without you how would we know how to switch places with our twin or wear a disguise to trick the guy into thinking we're somebody else or how to deal with having two dates at the same time OR the moral lessons that come about when all this situations go horribly awry. Life lessons in 22 minutes plus commercial breaks folks. It's doing God's work.
So sit back, relax and get ready for all the implausible scenarios, kooky hijinx and heartwarming conclusions that your brain can handle today.
Donkey Lips insists that you continue reading after the jump.

Nick of Time: A Well-Rounded Education With Commercial Breaks
Welcome to the first entry in our week devoted to our favorite programming of the Nickelodeon network. Today we tackle the stunning, flawless, amazing, better than your local PBS station, etc. children's programming that fell under the logo of Nick Jr.
Oh Nick Jr., what a wonderful invention you were. Who needed a functional education system or proper parenting when we had you to teach us how to count, spell and give us some semblance of a moral compass. Though there was always criticism of how television was babysitting children, we'll give Nick Jr. credit that at least it didn't steal from our parents' liquor cabinets like some of the teenage babysitters we had while growing up.
Choosing our favorite Nick Jr. shows was no easy task since there were a ton of programs of equally awesome quality that we used to sit parked in front of while eating Cinnamon Toast Crunch and literally drinking gallons of orange juice. But we here at the Majak Kingdom have narrowed it down to the few, the proud, and the most skiamarink.

Nick of Time: A Preview of Our Week-Long Tribute to Nickelodeon Shows
Since hitting the airwaves in the late 1970s, Nickelodeon has been one of the great bastions of television programming for kids. From Danger Mouse and Count Duckula to Inspector Gadget, from The Wild Thornberrys to Hey!Arnold, The Elephant Show to Rupert, Blue's Clues to The Busy World of Richard Scarry, The Brothers Garcia, My Brother and Me, Taina, Unfabulous and 100 Deeds for Eddie McDowd, Nick has brought a huge variety of shows from sitcoms, cartoons to a whole slew of inventive game and variety shows.
With the current resurgence of Nick as a popular and dominating force in the pop culture with iCarly's spaghetti tacos even getting written up in the NY Times and trending on Twitter, we here at the Majak Kingdom would like to salute Nick's programs that we enjoyed when we were growing up.
Next week we will devote a day to each of the following:
Monday will be Nick, Jr. shows
Tuesday is all about the sitcoms
Wednesday is devoted to the game shows
Thursday has got the Nicktoons on lock
Friday we end the week in tribute to both Snick
And the current crop of Nick programming
