Okay, so technically the title of this post is misleading and by misleading I mean completely inaccurate. Harrison Ford is in fact not starring in a Lifetime Movie but peep the preview for his movie Extraordinary Measures below and tell me that you wouldn't be totally wrong for confusing it for one.
Dying kid? Check. Former TV star in a leading role? Check. Based on a true story? Yes. It has all of the makings of a Lifetime movie and its January release date proves that the studio doesn't think it's exactly Oscar material.
Yet more than Harrison Ford being in this movie, it is what the hell happened to Brendan Fraser? Apparently he's going from fighting mummies to fighting the battle of the bulge. And just like the last Mummy sequel, he's doing a middling job at best.
